Precipitation IV

Precipitation reactions occur when cations and anions in solution combine to form an insoluble solid called a precipitate. This film shows the artistic exploration of the colors and forms generated by various precipitation reactions. In some cases, multiple precipitates were formed at the same time, giving rise to interesting shapes and textures. (Photography: Wenting Zhu
